Introduction: It is widely used for high performance baking paint with base materialsof stainless-steel, aluminum profile, roll steel, roll aluminum, inorganicceramics, glass, etc.

Appearance: translucent orchid emulsion             

Viscosity (3#10): 2000-3000cps     

Weight solids (%): 35±2

pH value: 7.5-8.5   

Characteristics:

1. Good adhesionto glass, ceramics, stainless steel, aluminum alloy and other materials.     

2. A wide rangeof baking temperatures (120-200℃).

3. High glossfilm (≥90℃).         

4. Good to make gloss products due to the high gloss.

5. High hardness (≥4H).

6. Excellentwater resistance (≥2H).

7. Excellentweather resistance (≥2000H).

8. Suitable forwater - based transparent paint, color paint, silver powder paint.

9. Can be donewet touch wet baking process waterborne paint.

Application:

1. High hardness, highwear-resisting waterborne baking varnish.

2. High weatherresistance baking varnish.

3. High water -resistant baking varnish.

Packing: 120KG Barrel.

Transportation and Storage:

1. Store sealed in a dry and cool place at a temperature between 5℃ to35℃. Take antifreezemeasures during transportation.

2. The shelf life is one year from the date of production.
